I turn messy business problems into working systems.
I’m a business operator, project leader, and digital product builder with experience across real estate, new construction, community organizations, and athletics. I’m especially good at understanding how people actually work, translating that into a better process or product, and carrying it through implementation.
- Nearly 20 years Business, real estate & operations
- 250 homes Portfolio managed at peak
- Gator100 #44 Company founded and grown
- 10+ years New-construction builder relationship
Nearly two decades of operating experience, built in stages
- Client work
- Business ownership
- Operating at scale
- Complex project execution
- Process improvement
- Digital product ownership
- Implementation & automation
Each stage expanded the set of problems I can solve. How the pieces fit together.
How I work
From messy problem to working system
Understand the real problem
I start with how people actually work: the handoffs, the workarounds, and the bottleneck nobody has written down.
Translate it into requirements
I turn observations into clear requirements, workflows, and information architecture that a team can build against and a user can understand.
Carry it through implementation
Sometimes the answer is better documentation, sometimes a better workflow, and sometimes it’s software. When technology is the right answer, I use modern tools, including AI-assisted development, to get working solutions built, tested, documented, adopted, and improved.
Selected work

CCC MomCo Good Company
Community information and event platform for one local chapter
A mobile-first community information and event platform built for one local chapter of about 55 members, with role-specific views and onboarding.

Santa Fe Weight Room Coach
Real-time coaching workflow assistant
A visual and audio assistant that runs the clock, rotations, and whistle so a high school coach can focus on athletes. Used daily across five classes and two athletic programs.
Where I add value
The industries and tools can change, but the work I’m best at usually has the same shape: a complicated process, several stakeholders, details that matter, and something that needs to get from idea to finished.
My strongest areas include business operations, project and program execution, implementation, process improvement, digital products, and real estate and new construction.
